From protocol to eSource.
With your team in control.

eSource Builder
From study documents.
To structured eSource.
Set up your next study without building every form from scratch. Qorra turns your protocol and supporting documents into visits, forms, and fields, including visit windows and assessment schedules. Review the extracted details, check the source evidence, and make adjustments before exporting to a supported eSource platform.

Evidence & security
Builds you can verify.
Documents you control.
Check extracted study details against the source, review your build before export, and keep confidential documents protected.
Evidence
Follow source references to the protocol passages behind extracted visits, forms, and fields, so you can review the details in context.

Document security
Sponsor documents stay protected within Qorra’s environment.

No AI Training
Your study documents and conversations are never used to train AI models.
No Retention
External AI providers do not retain your study documents or conversations after processing.
Review before export
Check extracted details, adjust forms and fields, and resolve flagged items before exporting your study build.
Who is Qorra built for?
Qorra is built for clinical research sites and site networks, with solutions that also support sponsor and CRO workflows. It helps teams find answers in study documents, build eSource templates, and reduce the manual work involved in data entry and query resolution.
Does Qorra replace our existing eSource or EDC?
No. Qorra is designed to work alongside your existing systems. Sites keep their preferred eSource, and sponsors keep their EDC. Qorra helps prepare, check, and move information between those workflows.
Can Qorra work with the systems we already use?
Qorra is being built to work across vendors. Compatibility depends on the solution, your systems, and the integration access available. The Study Assistant works independently of eSource and EDC connections; the eSource Builder requires a supported import pathway. Qorra Linked, our eSource-to-EDC solution, is currently in development.
How do we stay in control of AI-generated work?
Your team reviews and approves the work. Study Assistant answers include references to study documents, and generated eSource templates are reviewed before activation. Qorra Linked is being designed around reviewable data entries, flagged discrepancies, and suggested query responses that staff approve before submission.
Do we need to upload patient data?
The Study Assistant and eSource Builder work with study documents and do not require patient data. Patient-identifiable information should not be entered into either product.
How do we get started?
Book a demo and tell us about your team, studies, and current systems. We’ll walk through the relevant solutions, confirm availability and compatibility, and discuss the steps needed to get started.
